POSITION SUMMARY 职位概述

This is a day work respoible for the day-to-day operation of the air separation plant and process control system and field itrument regular maintenance and repairing, such as DCS/PLC control system and all kinds of tramitte, traduce, pneumatic valves, seo analyse etc.

负责空分设备和过程控制系统的日常操作以及现场仪表的定期保养和维护，如DCS/PLC控制系统及各类变送器，传感器，气动阀，分析仪等。

1. Respoible for the daily operation and Itrument work of the plant；负责工厂的日常运作和仪表工作。

2. Iure the plant’s peonnel safety, process safety & production integrity；确保工厂的人员安全，工艺安全性和生产完整性。

3. Help the plant manageupervisor, and in his absence to manage the plant normal operation；帮助工厂经理和主管在他（们）缺席时保证工厂的正常运行。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责

1. Respoible for all itruments regular maintenance and repairing such as DCS/PLC all kinds of field itrument, like pneumatic valves, tramitte, traduce, seo, analyse, weight scales fire detecto etc. Surely can to take root cause analysis and meet problem solution skills on Itrument system.

负责所有仪表的定期保养和维修，如DCS/PLC各种现场仪表，如气动阀，变送器，传感器，感应器，分析仪，火灾探测器等。具备采取根本原因分析解决仪表系统出现问题的能力。

2. Performing preventive maintenance work and help plant manager finish MI work

执行预防性维护工作并帮助工厂经理完成MI工作。

3. Managing and maintaining equipment files and documents.

管理和维护设备文件和文档。

4. Working out monthly itrument spare parts purchase plan

制定月度仪器备件采购计划。

5. Abide by AP policies and regulatio, eg. EH&S, HR etc.

恪守AP的政策和法规，如EH＆S，人力资源等

6. Know clearly site potential hazards and emergency procedures.

清楚地了解现场的潜在危害和应急程序。

7. Be in charge of site safety work during cotruction period. Gain SWP issuing qualification and strictly implement SWP standards,

负责现场安全工作，在施工期间。获得SWP颁发资质，严格执行SWP标准。

8. Master all site operation procedures and can implement them strictly.

掌握所有现场作业程序，并能严格执行。

9. Keep cell 24 h powered to be reached at any time and can come to the site in time to deal with the emergencies.

24小时待命并可以及时到达现场处理突发事件。

10. Lead plant CI plan and actio.

领导工厂的CI计划和行动。

11. Can take and implement PM02 task.

执行PM02任务。

12. Lead new project commissioning.

领导新投产项目。

JOB REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

1.College or Bachelor degree, major in Electrical /itrument automation or other related field

大专或本科以上学历，电子/仪表自动化等相关专业

2. 5 to10 yea working experience itrument and be familiar with itrument / DCS&PLC control / Analyzer.

具有5？10年仪表工作经验，并熟悉仪表/ DCS及PLC控制/分析仪。

3. Good written English and oral English.

良好的英文书写及口语能力。

4. Honest, hard working, willing to make efforts for self-actualization;
