Job respoibility:
Respoible for growth and new customer acquisition in the MicroBulk and small bulk business. These people will be respoible for actively making sales calls, promoting CryoEase business model as a more economical, safer and more convenient mode of supply to existing cylindedewar custome, and secure sales contracts in a fast, effective and disciplined manner.
DIMEIO:
China Packaged Gas market (ex hardgoods, helium and electronics specialty gases) is a $700MM business with amenable target for conveion to MicroBulk supply estimated at $200MM. Our intent is to develop a $60 million to $80 million business over the next 5 yea in this conveion market segment. The business plan calls for expaion to 10 hubs throughout China with a dedicated and focused sales force of up to 40 people with dedicated sales management. We will deploy specialized equipment and resources developed exclusively for this market segment.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable for the following end results:
1.Work safely everyday and safeguard Air Products property within established procedures
2.Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets
3.Execute on new account initiation according to the set targets
4.Maintain daily call ratio at or above 5 per day
5.Update and stay active in CRM tool on daily basis
6.Keep a good team work spirit
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
MicroBulk Sales Rep à Microbulk Sales Manager
QUALIFICATIO
1.Entry level position with minimum 2 yea sales experience
2.4 year degree from accredited univeity preferred, 2 year associates degree or tech school graduate acceptable
3.Technical and application background on welding, analyzer application, or sales experience in industrial gas industry, is preferred
4.Competent computer skills in Microsoft office and emails
5.Ability to make 5-8 sales calls per day in a fast paced environment
6.Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills
7.Driving skill is mandatory
