POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose

The existing customer ship to of CryoEase business is over 8500 right now in Eastern China. We are facing tremendous working load and pressure of customer retention on the contract renew, price management, MTOP, PIP, customer relocation etc. These works are managed by iide sales team and area sales manage. The area sales manage are also accountable to manage the hunte team to take the new signing and growth target in the area. With more and more existing ship to, the attention from area sales manage to both new signing and existing accounts retention is becoming more and more difficult to be balanced. Iide sales team is also accountable for the PIP, MTOP, contract renew work, while their work is almost in the office base and the face to face interface with customer is little. At the same time, the competito are very eagle to enter into this market space and their target is to take the existing accounts from us and increase their deity and reduce the supply chain cost.

Nature and Scope

100% times spent on the visiting existing account and execute all kinds of action as below.

?Contract renew.

?Work with iide sales team to do the margin enhancement such as MTOP, PIP and delivery charge.

?Leading the account defeive action when the competito are approaching our existing accounts.

?Provide the solution for engineering service to existing accounts such as the pipeline exteion, tank removal and relocation, telemetry itallation.

?Solve customer dispute face to face.

?Collect feedback from custome and work with internal function such as iide sales, supply chain execution and CSL to improve the service to custome.

?Grasp the new signing from existing accounts.

?Iide sales supervisor and Iide Sales team;

?Operatio Team

?Customer Service & Logistics Team

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is accountable for the following:

?Contract renew. Work with iide sales team to renew the contract according to commercial practice and company requirement.

?Execute the margin enhancement program such as MTOP, PIP and delivery charge etc. by working with iide sales team and other functional support team closely.

?Leading the account defeive action when the competito are approaching our existing accounts. Conduct effective price negotiation, contract renew when facing competito.

?Provide the solution for engineering service to existing accounts such as the pipeline exteion, tank removal and relocation, telemetry itallation. Provide effective support to existing custome.

?Solve customer dispute face to face if needed.

?Collect feedback from custome and work with internal function such as iide sales, supply chain execution and CSL to improve the service to custome.

?Grasp the new signing from existing accounts. When existing accounts has the expaion, new products, relocation etc, it is incumbent’s respoibility to sign the new contract with existing accounts.

?Work with iide sales team to visit no take account and take proper action to handle the no take accounts.

?Work closely with the iide and outside Sales team to create a winning sales team in the territory and achieve the overall sales target in the territory.

?Other works and projects assigned by superviso or company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.Education: College degree or Univeity education (in business or technical area preferred) an engineering, finance, marketing and/or management discipline.

2.Work Experience: At least 2 yea of progressive commercial experience to handle the customer face to face.

3.Skills: Sales, commercial, and negotiation skills. Strong negotiation skill is a plus.

4.Qualities

A.Having influencing skills. Ability to get along well with divee peonalities. Concise, strong, mature, and flexible.

B.Is flexible to handle different scenario and can adapt to change.

C.Integrity – act with integrity and in accordance with company ethics. Ability to confront behavior not coistent with company values. Hono commitments.

D.Problem solving and decision-making skills – decisio that reflect thorough evaluation of needs, goals, facts, etc.,

E.Strong negotiation skill and can handle the pressure and stress when facing tough custome.

F.Result focused – demotrate ability to reach goals, accountability for results, demotrated ability to manage through company network, assertive, clear notio of efficiency.

G.Willing to take accountability and desire to work and walk for extra miles.
