Nature and Scope

This position requires incumbent to support the China Quality Lead in implementation & maintenance of Management System (MS) and handling & resolve quality issues in Air Products China. And GMP / Food Grade products release in southern China plants.

This includes scheduling and carrying out internal quality audits, playing the role of Complaint Owner for complaints related to product quality issues, managing & recording Supplier non-conformance in SAP system, coordinating customer audits, coordinating the completion of Customer Survey Questionnaires /Customer specific reporting requests, providing awe to query (related to quality) from custome, responding cause & improvement plan for Cpk low to custome (upon customer request), handling continual improvement projects related to quality, carrying out quality related training, supporting in obtaining ISO 9001/IPML/GMP certification for any new plantite in China and also assure compliance to applicable standards/certificatio & customer satisfaction, review and sign on product release form.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

·Assist China Quality Lead in implementation of the quality program in designated operatio within Air Products China organization.

·Eure that Management System is well established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements, Air Products requirements and also customer requirements.

·Support plants in China to implement and comply with the local law /regulatory (examples: government department’s requirements cover IPML, SPL, FPL( filling permitting licee)) and GMP guidelines.

·Lead & coordinate in obtaining ISO9001 /GMP/IPML/FPML certificatio for any sites/plants in China.

·Lead/coordinate in setting up/develop the Management System for existing IG sites/plants where do not have any Management System set up yet for their sites/plants and also for any new sites/plants.

·Coordinate and participate in 3rd. party audit. Lead follow up actio related non-conformities issued from 3rd. party audit.

·Scheduling and carry out internal quality audit for IG sites in China. Coordinate with assigned internal audito until the scheduled internal audits are completed. Subsequently obtain the audit reports from internal audito and monitor status of audits and closure of the audit NC.

·Record the NC (non-conformities) issued during audits in SAP Z4 and follow up with respective audito or auditees for reply. Subsequently update until closure the logged Z4 internal NC in SAP after completing the verification activities by internal audito.

·Respoible for data collection, compilation, trend analysis report generation for troubleshooting, continual improvement program and KPI’s.

·Play the role of Customer Complaints Owner (Z2 in SAP) related to product quality for IG gas business in Air Products China.

·Lead and support investigation, coordinate reporting (e.g. in 8D report) of customer complaints related to product quality and maintain customer complaints log status and other quality statistics for Air Products China organization. Provide a trend analysis and recommend area for improvement.

·Coordinate the IG customer audit in China and coordinating the resolution of any findings and follow up for closure. Maintain the records of the customer audit.

·Coordinate the completion of Customer Survey Questionnaires, Customer specific reporting requests and provide awe to query from IG custome in China.

·Provide timely respoe to any customer inquiries/queries related to quality.

·Coordinate, address and resolve any quality related issues and also assure customer satisfaction

·Generate/Provide the SQC charts/data and/or respond cause & improvement plan for Cpk low to IG custome in China upon customer request.

·Carry periodic site review meeting with operatio to follow up any non conformances and/or quality related matte and recommend improvement where necessary.

·Streamline the work processes documented in local procedures/work itructio by integrating those local procedures/work itructio within the country or Asia or adopt global procedures if applicable.

·Support in auditing supplier upon request.

·Play the role of Supplier Non Conformance (Q2) Recorder in SAP for IG business in Air Products China. Coordinate and followup with buye for supplier corrective action report replies and monitor until closure the Supplier Non Conformance (Q2) in SAP.

·Provide advice and support the line organization in euring compliance to documented quality system requirements in all projects and improvements.

·Handling continual improvement projects related to quality by integrating quality and CI tools to resolve issues /root causes in a cost effective way.

·Carry out quality related training to line organization.

·Participate in broader Air Products quality management initiatives to further improve quality and customer focus in Air Products.

·Review GMP-LOX, FG-LIN final release document and signature. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIO

·Bachelor degree in any discipline. And master degree is preferred.

·5 yea experience in quality management and knowledge of ISO 9001 standard requirements is required.

·GB Engineer certificate is required.

·Good inter-peonal and communication skills.

·Self motivated initiative in abundance.

·Good time management skills,

·Good problem solving skills, along with an ability to apply the problem solving skills to real work problem

·Capability to communicate in Verbal and Written English,

·SPCQC knowledge is preferred

·Good work ethic /commitment

·Willing to travel within China

·MS Office Tool(Excel, Word, Power points) Skills are required
