OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a HRIS & Payroll Manager Who manage share service center, manage employee data entry, execute payroll , eure on time delivery and accuracy, provide all kind of payroll report, eure employee self-service to improve employee satisfaction.
THE ROLE
This is a management position to lead the share service center to provide timely and accurate service to employee & manager. Primary respoibility would be improve employee self-service, integrate all benefit program to a systematic way.
YOUR RESPOIBILITIES:
The HRIS & Payroll Manager’s specific respoibilities will fall into three primary areas:
Accountability #1:
?Improve Employee self-service
?System maintenance & improvement
?Workflow improvement
Accountability #2:
?Payroll execution
?Payroll Report
?Maintain each city latest social security/wage threshold.
Accountability #3:
?HRIS maintenance.
?Data maintenance.
KEYS TO SUCCESS:
This role requires an experienced peon able to think and act timely & accurate. Have people management experience.
?Experience in share service center.
?HRIS system implementation experience
?Payroll system management/pilot experience.
?Process Improvement mindset.
?Labor Law knowledge
YOUR QUALIFICATIO:
This peon must have at least 5 yea hands on experience supporting aggressive expaion pla and business traformation in this region. To have in-depth undetanding of local government labor regulatio employment law / social security upgrade in ASEAN countries (i.e. Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, etc). Possess the knowledge to localize human resource policies and develop HR handbooks, relevant to our industry
?Five yea of progressive regional human resource experience in a similar capacity
?Business Degree and MBA preferred
?Familiar with HR software systems,
?Excel, PowerPoint and MS word
