1.Set up quality target for quality team and review / monitor the performance regularly;

2. Supervise the process control;

3.Arrange the line audit, issue nonconforming report and follow up corrective and preventive actio;

4.Plan and perform product audit and document the record;

5.Together with PPS team to review the suspect products;

6. Organize and coordinate the root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plan setting up for internal S&D reduction

7.Be respoible for creating, reviewing and updating control plan

8.Support on customer process audit;

9.Involve in continuous improvement of product quality and process control;

10.Report performance routinely of process control, product quality, COPQ etc.

11.Develop and coach subordinates;

12.Leading COPQ reduction;

13.Monthly report preparation;

14.Perform other jobs assigned by QA manager.

15.With Respoibility for GUPS on process;

16.Supervise dept. staff implement all suitable environment law and workshop environment requirement.

17.Use proper protection measures and equipment’s according to GUPT HSE policy, reminding and correcting other employee uafe and improper behavior.

18.Respoible for company HSE police、HSE manage system and the emergency plan implement in the department.

19.Supervise the employee of the department to carry out each HSE law in point and《HSE notice of working in workshop》, and respoible for the performance of the department and employee.

Education and Experience:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, chemical or similar engineering majo

2.Over 5 yea work experience in the automotive industry

3.Good knowledge in ISO/TS16949, qualified internal auditor;

4.Good problem solving and decision making skill;

5.Good knowledge in QC 7 tools, SPC, GR&R, FMEA,CP, PPAP and APQP;

6.Good Communicate in English;

7.Proficient in computer software, MS Word, MS excel, MS outlook, MS PPT;

8.Positive enterprising, hard work, strong principle

9.ISO/TS 16949 qualified internal auditor;

10.SPC, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, APQP knowledge;

11.Problem solving and decision making
