Respoibility for overall Warehouse shop-floor management , Has overall accountability for achieving the Companies’ safety goals, performance goals, cost saving target, establishing/maintaining a culture of high performance and associate engagement , Respoible for all aspects of planning, organizing and coaching the operational activities of the overall warehouse.

THE ROLE:

1.Reports directly to DC Logistics Manager

2.Has direct respoibility for management of all warehouse employees as well as relocate employees.

3.Works closely with Plant on warehouse inbound to outbound process management

4.Works closely with other departments while receiving or providing services

5.Must maintain a flexible work schedule to manage the demands of urgent or unexpected customer needs

YOUR RESPOIBILITIES:

1.Leadehip:

Effectively manage all warehouse as well as front team leade to eure proper staffing levels, productivity, safety, and employee engagement. Provide clear, coistent, and open communication, eures any safety incidents are clearly communicated and discussed to eure appropriate actio are taken to prevent repeated incidents. Eures strong communicatio throughout the warehouse facility, utilizes 5S strategies to maintain effective housekeeping, proper implementation and utilization of Lean processes for attainment of CI activities as outlined by the company Business Plan.

2.Warehouse Operatio:

Eures all daily operatio are managed effectively and any shortfalls are resolved within planned recovery times. Provides daily re-enforcement of warehouse respoibility to meet customer requirements within required ship dates and deadlines, eures warehouse metrics are established, posted and utilized for effective focus on daily/weekly/monthly performance targets

3.Safety:

Leads the expectation and culture of zero workplace injuries through behavior based safety, shop floor safety ipectio, and prompt root cause investigation of all safety incidences.

4.Quality:

Drives strict adherence expectatio of all quality management systems, monthly review of quality metrics, conducting random system checks for procedural compliance, eure internal and external issues are effectively charted and posted. All warehouse operational systems and procedures adhere at all times align to ISO 9000 and ISO/TS16949 standards and any other established company or industry quality standards.

YOUR QUALIFICATIO:

1. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in warehouse Management ？

2.Must have warehouse or distribution experience.

3.Requires fluency in English speaking and written.

4.Requires at least five yea of specific managerial experience.
