Requirement:

1. 大专以上学历 College degree above

2. 至少2至3年物流及采购经验 2 or 3yea purchasing experience at least.

3. 有生产计划和材料计划经验优先Have material or production planning experience preferred.

4. 熟悉精益物流及有物料库存管控经验的优先Familiar with Lean logistic and have material inventory control experience preferred.

5. 良好的英语读写能力。 Good English skill on reading and writing.

6. 良好的Office软件技能。 Good Office software skill.

7. 熟悉生产流程及ORACLE系统Be familiar with production processes and Oracle system

8.良好的沟通技能及谈判能力。 Good communication & negotiation skills.

9. 诚实、正直、自信、有责任感及团队合作精神Sincerity, honesty, self-confidence, respoibility see and team-work spirit.

Respoibilities:

1.负责原材料、辅料、进口成品的申购，申购单的跟催、调整，协调采购计划调整,满足生产排产需求Respoible for raw materials, auxiliary materials, import FGS requirement planning. Create and adjust purchase requisitio, meet production requirements.

2.根据PR需求下订单，及时与供应商确认并追踪PO情况 Release PO based on PR and confirm supplier’s delivery schedule and follow up.

3. 根据主计划/销售指示加快短缺物料/成品及时进厂，或调整要求到货时间（提前、延后或取 消）。确保生产线的原材料供应，无停线。 Expedite shortage materials / FGS and do reschedule according to master scheduler / Sales itruction: pull in, push out or cancel. Eure line material supply, not stoppage.

4.处理付款申请。Process payment application.

5. 根据公司库存管理目标管控国内外原材料、辅料库存，提高库存周转率。 Inventory management for local and oveea materials, AUX. Improve inventory tur.

6. 采购成本控制及执行降价计划 Cost control & cost reduction plan implement.

7.定期供应商绩效考核及质量审核。 Periodic supplier performance evaluation & quality audit.

8. 推动供应商产品质量及服务的持续改善。

Promote supplier product quality & service continues improvement.

9. 维护系统信息数据准确性。Maintain system information & data accuracy.

10. 本职位持续发展。 Continuous development base on the position.
