1.Update and modify the PFMEA and CP;

2.Process audit, Line audit (Layered audit)

3.In-process product quality control.

4.Product Audit.

5.Monitor the internal and external corrective and preventive action’s implementation and report the result to process quality supervisor.

6.Measurement equipment analysis

7.Assist customer service engineer to deal with quality complain from custome;

8.Dominate and track Internal Engineering Change Report

9.Pending material and defective products handling and review

10.Organize and participate in the root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actio setting up for Top issues and daily batch issues. Keep tracking and verifying the effectiveness of actio for closure.

11.Use proper protection measures and equipment according to GUPT HSE policy, reminding and correcting other employee uafe and improper behavior.

12.Take charge of the other task assigned by the quality control supervisor.

13.Implement applicable HES laws, regulatio and HES work itruction.

14.Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Requirement:

1.Over 3 yea work experience

2.Good skills in problem solving.

3.Team work needed.

4.Skills for organization or leadehip for quality improvement, good skills for automobile special requirement, like APQP, PPAＰ．

5.Good knowledge in ISO/TS16949, qualified internal auditor.

6.Proficient in computer software, MS Word, MS excel, MS outlook, MS PPT.

7.Positive enterprising, hard work.
