职位描述:
POSITION SUMMARY
With the business plan of project Jaguar, the accountability of Prism sales is to sell the small Gengas system such as PSA, Membrane etc. The sales engineer need work with engineering and operatio team to meet the new signing and overall revenue/margin target.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable for the following end results:
1.Work safely every day and maintain Air Products property within established procedures
2.Conduct sales call to search for valuable prospects, qualify the prospects, undetand customer need, develop the proposal, lead the negotiation and close the contract with custome.
3.Execute on new account initiation in timely and flawless manner.
4.Maintain daily call ratio at around 4 calls per day.
5.Work with engineering, operatio and other products line sales proactively to offer total solution to custome.
6.Serve customer and build long term relatiohip with custome.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

QUALIFICATIO
?2 yea sales experience
?4 year degree from accredited univeity preferred
?computer expertise and familiarity with common business and software packages
?ability to make 4 sales calls per day in a fast paced environment
?ability to work independently with excellent communication skills
?Driving licee is necessary.
