The job holder is IG china customer service and logistics optimization specialist in the Company and reports directly to china IG customer service and logistics manager.
This role is individual contribution role and need the strongly leadehip and influence skills to implement ideas and best practices in a fast growing geographical expaion environment. As there is many communication pipelines such as four sub-regional distribution manage, supply chain execution manage, Asia E&M sourcing manage, and two tactical planne, RTP SBS orgs, and local Financial teams. This is very challenge job.
As the optimization, this role is the data champion for our internal systems such as LB shell, ODBC, SAP, Qlik view, BW , report manager, that need very diligent on the data simulatio and data reporting .
This role need to accountable jointly for the productivity pipelines and satisfied the department saving target.
With the new technology are moving fasting, this role should be very catch up ability to the outsides in the area as Call center optimization, logistics excellence, supply chaidistribution operational excellence.
Use the data to help the right decision maker, this is the role fundamental job needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.Job Incumbent is expected to have at least Bachelor’s Degree in computer or science or logistics engineering.
2.Job Incumbent is expected to have minimum 8 yea work experience in a similar work environment, as of distribution management, fleet management, and data analysis or optimization role.
3.Great needs for the cross function communication well.
4.Great needs on the data analysis, at least know the GIS/Geo coding mapping, VBA coding.
5.High degree of traveling within China
6.Both the oral and written English needed.
