职责：

1.监控当班的工艺参数，确保参数符合要求。

Monitor the process paramete on duty to eure paramete meet the requirements.

2.根据制造工程师制定的工艺参数，在生产过程中实施检查并记录。

Implement ipection and record in the process of production according to the process paramete developed by the process enginee.

3.监控当班的产品质量，及时处理异常状况，并根据情况向工艺工程师反馈寻求解决方案。同时每天向班长汇报发现的质量问题及处理进度。

Monitoring on product quality, timely treatment of abnormal situation, and on the basis of feedback seeking solutio to the process engineer. Quality problems at the same time every day to monitor report the findings and treatment progress.

4.监控设备运行状况，出现异常时有责任报告设备工程部相关人员，对出现的各种设备故障和报警作认真记录。

Monitor equipment running status, be respoible to report to engineering related staff when equipment is abnormal, record various equipment failure and alarm, assist equipment engineer to analyse the reason of failures。

5.根据实际情况对浇注轨迹进行维护和调整，确保更高的产品一次下线合格率。

According to the actual situation of pouring tracks maintenance and adjustment, to eure a higher rate of qualified products off the assembly line.

6.严格执行工艺交接班制度，对任何参数的修改必须提供有效的信息传递

Seriously implement the shift change system, and effectively trafer any change of paramete.

要求：

一、教育

高中以上学历，化工专业优先。

College degree above, major in chemical, mechanical, electronic and other related specialized graduation. With relevant working experience is perfered.

二、工作经验

0-2年工厂工作经验，汽车行业发泡相关工作经验优先

0-2 yea work experience in plant, experience in automotive industry preferred

三、专业知识与技能

computer skills能熟练地使用电脑办公软件

Strong interpeonal and communication skills 优秀沟通技巧

四、其他
