职位描述：
Respoible for completing relevant tasks defined by PLUS in new program development. Eure new product is developed based on customer and APQP requirements. Eure supplier product development meets the requirement of APQP.
负责完成新项目开发过程中由PLUS（产品投产过程）定义的相关任务，确保新产品的开发按照客户及APQP要求进行，确保供应商零部件的开发符合APQP要求。

Prepares PPHR (Chinese)
准备PPHR（Past Problem History Roadmap）
Prepares and involves in new program supplier launch meeting
准备并参与新项目供应商启动会议
Sets APQP time schedule, tracks and coordinates with all part supplie, according to detailed development requirements of respoible program, to eure the completion of new program
根据所负责项目的具体开发要求，与各供应商建立零部件APQP时间进度表，并进行跟踪和协调，确保项目的完成
Eures respoible supplie in PLUS all phases submit documents(OTS, PPAP) and samples per request
保证PLUS各阶段所负责的供应商按要求提交(OTS、PPAP)文件资料和样件
Be respoible for supplier’s SPSO
供应商的SPSO(过程签发)
Internal Quality Documentation内部质量文件
Prepares controls plan of all phases in new product development, MSA, appearance handbook, and PPAP
准备新产品各个阶段的控制计划、MSA、外观手册、PPAP
Eures respoible supplie in PLUS all phases submit documents(OTS, PPAP) and samples per request
保证PLUS各阶段所负责的供应商按要求提交(OTS、PPAP)文件资料和样件
Collecting quality issues on every build and analysis it, until close it负责各制造节点问题的收集和分析,并关闭问题
Ipection Tool Definition检具定义
Defines the requirements of ipection tools with advance manufacture engineer, and tests ipection tools, communicates with customer to eure OTS, PPAP sample and documents submitted meet customer requirements
和先期制造工程师一起定义检具的要求，并对检具进行验证与客户沟通确保向客户提交的OTS、PPAP样品及文件满足要求

?Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.
本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。
?0 – 2 yea work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience preferred.
0 – 2年质量工作经验，汽车行业优先。
