职位描述:
职责:
一、Purchasing support 采购事务支持
Support purchasing engineeupplier development engineer to collect and systemize supplie’ info and quotation 协助采购工程师/供应商开发工程师收集整理供应商基本信息和报价等信息。
File the documents such as supplier’s info, purchasing application, supplier’s quotation, purchasing contractupply agreement.
负责供应商基本信息、采购申请、供应商报价、采购合同/供货协议等文件资料的归档保存。
Input and update the price and supplie’ info in QAD system
二、MFG Maintaince系统维护
负责采购文件资料管理,编制有关采购的报表、维护相关MFG等数据
Manage the purchasing document and establish purchasing forms and maintain the MFG data
三、Dept. Administration 部门日常行政事务管理
Receive/distribute and manage internal documents such as ECECO and drawing; release and manage documents to supplie
负责内部文件(如ECECO,图纸等)的接收、发放和管理;负责向供应商发放文件和管理。
Arrange and coordinate dept. meetings, keep the minutes and communicate with relevant people
负责部门会议的安排和协调,完成会议纪要,并向相关人员传递会议信息。
Assist in daily peonnel management, such as on-boarding, the implementation and tracking of dept. training plan 负责协助日常人员管理工作,如新员工入职安排、部门培训计划的实施跟踪等事宜。
Application and management of office supplies in the dept. 负责本部门办公用品等的申领和管理。

要求:
junior college ’s Degree or above
大专或以上学历
0-2 yea experience preferred.
有0-2年相关经验优先。
