我保证从多视角出发引导业务，始终将顾客置于首位，充分利用现有信息及工具，如宜家顾客满意度调查 (ICSS)、品牌价值报告等。

我将自己置于顾客的角度，与业务团队共同巡查商场，并与顾客和员工进行交流，充分了解商场情况。

业务

我熟悉商场的产品系列和业务重点，以此帮助实现商场商业日历。

我同商场的团队进行合作，给予其支持和挑战，以确保业务的持续增长和盈利。

我致力于发掘商机并协助采取快速行动，以提升销售额和总利润。

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Business Navigator in the store is ipired by the IKEA’s vision to create a better everyday life for the many people. Hehe is driven by the IKEA business idea, culture and values with a focus on driving the business opportunities for growth and sustainable profitability by providing relevant and user friendly business information, identifying and evaluating business opportunities to enable store management to make optimum decisio

They always take a multi-dimeional view, coidering customer, commercial, financial, operational and people pepectives.

ASSIGNMENT:

Custome

? I eure a multidimeional approach to steering the business with custome in focus by all the information and tools available, such as ICSS and Brand Capital report etc.

? I look at the store through the eyes of the custome during the store tour together with commercial teams, to interact with custome and co-worke to undetand the store situation.

Commercial

? I undetand the store range and commercial priorities so as to support and contribute to the commercial agenda.

? I work with the store team by supporting and challenging them to eure the business growth with sustained profitability.

? I seek and identify business opportunities and encourage take quick actio which will grow sales and improve gross profit.

? I use store performance benchmarking reports to identify proven solutio and secure the effective implementation of tools, working methods and best practice.

People

? I work together, share knowledge and show undetanding of each other’s respoibilities across all areas in order to achieve store objectives.

? I am respoible for the competence development of the BN team and support their growth and career development.

? I set clear goals and expectatio and make time to follow up with team membe.

Financial

? I am respoible for the store yearly financial budget/ bi-monthly financial forecast and communicating the goals to related parties in the store and SO BN.

? I am respoible for securing that the store costs are in line with goals by highlighting deviatio and potentials to support the management team to take corresponding actio.

? I drive the follow-up process to eure store focus on delivering the business plan.

? I proactively work to develop the Scenario Pla and eure these scenarios are well documented, realistic and communicated.

Operatio

? I eure the manage undetand and agree on expectatio and standards within their teams regarding ASR & local routines and regular follow ups.

? I am respoible for accurate administration in accordance with the legal framework and the IKEA financial rules.

? I eure the store is in-line with IKEA standards and have the appropriate approved tools in place to maximise productivity and efficiency.

COMPETENCE:

Knowledge and previous experience:

Previous management experience in a financial/commercial role with proven strong analytical and numerical skills

Ambassador for IKEA, working in a way which reflects the IKEA values

A thorough undetanding of the profit and loss and the key performance measurements that we use to plan, follow up and steer the business

Proven record of coistency meeting agreed budgets and goals, working on pla over a number of yea. Setting and implementing action pla and providing clear direction and following up goals

Ability to engage a receiver by creating a passion for our pla. Ability to ipire othe to see possibilities

Ability to use common see and take objective decisio based on analysis of available information

Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English – verbal and written

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applicatio – especially excel
