1 Technical Tasks:
In the coue of development and pre-series (before SOP +6 months):
·Participation in the work of the launch team
In the coue of the series (from SOP + 6 months):
·Acceptance and maintenance of the control plan
·Acceptance and maintenance of the part history
·Handling of complaints (0km-failure and field)
·Coordination of design characteristics during the series(e.g.: aspect defect, coordination with the customer …)
·Approval of quality-relevant manufacturing documents (test itructio, accompanying sheets, zone assessments,…)
·Forwarding of sampling documents to the customer (according to PPAP or PPA according to VDA2)
·Provision of knowledge on Q-methods for problem solving
·Introduction of corrective measures
·Forwarding of Q-data to Production (ppm-situation, complaints- and warranty data, defective parts, …)
In the coue of complaints handling and warranty processing:
·Internal and external diagnosis of parts about which there have been complaints
·Support of complaints regarding provided and purchased parts
·Entry into various customer portals (8 D-report / 7-step, …)
·Data collection and assessment in the ZKW-CAQ-System
·Introduction and coordination of measures in case of complaints
·Participation in problem solving teams (7-step)
2 Functional Qualificatio:
·Good EDP-skills
·Coue for Quality Assistant or similar
·Knowledge of sampling procedures (PPAP, PPA)
·Problem solving techniques (7-step…)
·English spoken and written
3 Education:
·Technical education

·1-2 yea'experience
·Experience in manufacturing
