1 Technical Tasks:
-Provide remote phone and computer support to client
-PC, Notebook, Workstation, Thin client system and application software itallation, patches and upgrade in accordance with IT guidelines
-PC system cleanup
-PC virus removal and prevention
-PC Local Area Network, Internet and e-mail settings
-PC printing setting
-PC imaging and data migration
-End Use data backup and restoration possibilities
-PC software troubleshooting, recommendatio for upgrades and add-o to solve customer problem
-Support and maintenance of user account information, including permissio and group assignments
-VPN setup for roaming user
-Hardware, peripherals itallation and troubleshooting
-Document and close all service
Network:
-Itall, configure, customize upgrade and maintain network equipment (Firewall, Router, Switch, etc.) and administration of the network to enhance network security
-Network troubleshooting
Sever System related:
-Server operating system itallation
-Itall, configure, customize, upgrade, maintain service related applicatio in accordance with IT guidelines
-Itall, configure, customize, upgrade and monitoring of server securities
-Server cleanup
-Server virus removal, prevention and Antivirus management
-Server printing setting
-Server imaging and data migration
-Server capacity analysis and improvement integration for system
-Server data backup manage through backup logs and restores as requested by IT Manager
-Active Directories and Mailing system administration of the domain site
-Proxy administration of the site
-Server hardware / software diagnose and troubleshooting
-Document and close all services
-Manage Spares & Spare parts inventory
-Indent for parts / spares which go below the minimum inventory levels assist in physical Asset Inventory & Audits
2 Functional Qualificatio:
-Fluency in both spoken and written English
-Basic network skills (HP, Cisco)
-Microsoft Windows 7 support skills
-Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel) support skills MCP
-Certification would be desirable

-根据IT经理要求对服务器数据备份日志做出备份和恢复
