1 Technical Tasks:

Project activities in the development phase:

-Participation in the creation of Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP & R) in collaboration with the special fields respoible for development

-Coordination of the schedule for the Design Verification Plan & Report together with QWL

-Creation of the control plan together with the Process Engineering Department under the respoibility of Process Engineering

-Creation of customer-specific quality-documents (e.g. ppm-prognosis, part history, …) if required

-Creation of the test documentation for Manufacturing

-Creation and maintenance of the part history within the development phase (until SOP)

-Coordination of ppm-agreements together with the quality-respoible of the customer’s company

-Participation in design-FMEA

-Set off/participate in the process-FMEA

-Support during the preparation of internal and external process approvals of PE and PML

-Creation of the initial sample documents and coordination of the initial sampling to the customer.

-Participation in external development-meetings (e.g. at the customer’s company)

-Project time plan

-Project structure plan

Activities in the series phase until project end:

-Common processing of customer complaints together with QWC within the 6 months SOP ( organizes and controls quality-activities, informs the core team, participates in the error analysis and determines measures)

-Work through open points existing within the project core team

Activities in the project routing slip (request-) phase:

-Look through, assess and document the customer quality-requirements together with the inquiry processing PMT

2 Functional Qualificatio:

-EDP-skills (MS-Office Programs)

-Coue for Quality Assistant or similar

-English spoken and written

-Know what is a verification test of a product

-Know what is a SOP, PSO at a Project

-Experience in Manufacturing

-Experience in Automotive

-在报价阶段与PMT共同检查评估并记录客户质量要求

2专业要求：

-EDP技能（办公软件熟练）
