-Plausibility check of the contents reported from the supplier

-Handling of questio, direct communication

-Activity-tracking at yellow assessment-result

2) Durchführen von pre-assessments im Rahmen der Lieferanteuche

-Plausibility check of the contents in the self-assessment sheet

-Pre-check and forwarding of the assessment questionaire

-Assessment of the quality capability at the supplier

-Identification and documentation of optimization potentials and/or negative detectio compared to the ZKW-requirements

-Depending on assessment-results

---green: result and additio are overtaken into the analysis sheet and forwarded to the supplier through CPC; ?no further development activities“ is chosen in the relevant field, supplier is overtaken into the supplier pool.

---yellow: result and additio are discussed between STA and CPC and overtaken into the analysis sheet; CPC forwards the sheet to the supplier, /Potenzialanalyse erforderlich/ is chosen. Supplier is overtaken into the supplier pool.

---red: result and detectio are discussed between STA and CPC and overtaken into the analysis sheet; CPC forwards the sheet to the supplier; /in Evidenz halten/ is chosen. Such supplie are not overtaken into the supplier pool, if it’s absolutely necessary to award such a supplier, a Potenzialanalyse has to be done obligatory!

-Plausibility check of development and optimization programmes

-Estimation of costs (in hou and Euro)

-Availability of datas and input for supplier awarding within the GSC

3) Attendence at development programmes

-Plausibility check of development and optimization programmes

-Matching and coordination of tasks within the optimization program till awarding of the supplier and further on

-Effectiveness-check of actio of the optimization program

At supplier awarding/nomination:

-Support of the Q-specialists at assessing of the feasibility-proof from the supplier at complex technologies and parts

At supplier development:

1) Attendence of supplier

-Matching an controlling of tasks during the optimization program of nominated, acc. to ISO-9001 certified supplie in direction to ZKW-automotive minimum standard

-Matching an controlling of tasks during the optimization program of nominated, acc. to ISO-9001 certified supplie in direction to ISO-TS16949

-Matching an controlling of tasks during the optimization program out of the supplier sourcing

-Tracking of optimization programmes (SAPharepoint)

-Effectiveness-check of actio of the optimization program

At escalatio:

1) Within development- and serial-phase

-Analysis of situation based on relevant items together with QAP

-Plausibility check of development and optimization programmes of the supplier

-Definition and commitment of optimization programmes

-Monitoring und assessing of the effectiveness of optimization programmes

-Leading of the nominated escalation project team at systematic deviatioproblems

At supplier scoring:

-Monitoring of the scoring during the escalation

At plant approvals:

Proceeding of Potenzialanalysen or Prozessaudits

2 Functional Qualificatio:

-Technical education (HTI / college / univeity)

-Good technical undetanding

-Coue QM (ZKW-pyramid) or higher

-Process Auditor education according to VDA6.3

-Very good English (writing and speaking)

-Very good methodical knowhow about Q-tools, APQP and project management

-IT-undetanding (MS-Office)
