职位描述:
1 Technical Tasks:
SAP & Payroll SAP&:
-Participate in the establishment and perfection of SAP HR module
-Use and maintenance SAP system
-Implement Company's salary and benefits policy, calculate salary and benefits according to remuneration allocation scheme approved by Company; staffs’ salary standard and bonus payment standard, generate the system report
Recruitment:
-Finish recruitment work according to the Company’s recruitment process
-Maintenance relatiohip with external recruitment website and headhunter
-Regularly update recruitment related report
Training:
-Finish training work according to the Company’s training process
-Support to conduct relevant system audit work
-Conduct employee satisfaction survey
-Periodically update training-relevant reports
2 Functional Qualificatio:
-Univeity and above in human resources or related education preferred
Above 5 yea’ related experience in foreign enterprise in manufacturing industry
-Enterprise Human Resources Professional second level certificate
Good spoken and written English
-Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel)

2 专业要求:
-本科及以上学历,人力资源或相关专业优先
-外企制造业五年以上相关工作经验
-企业人力资源管理师二级证书
-良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
-办公室软件(MS Word、MS Excel)
