POSITION SUMMARY:

Based in Shanghai, this position is respoible for supporting the financial reporting and planning (AOP and forecast), analysis and control in China which supports Royal Caribbean’s business and office operation in Greater China (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Hongkong).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:

1.Prepare monthly reporting deck incl. variance analysis, relevant analytical reports, commentary and presentation slides.

2.Prepare monthly forecast incl. excel worksheets and Hyperion submission.

3.Assist in preparation of Annual Operating plan and relevant PPT slides and analytical reports.

4.Provide Ad hoc analytical report as required to support business decision.

5.Prepare CAR documents for Capital expenditure request and monitor the actual spending.

6.Assist in optimizing internal process and procedures.

7.Internal control and compliance.

8.Involve in the relevant business projects.

QUALIFICATIO:

?Bachelor degree with major in accounting or finance

?Minimum of 3 yea of working experience in FP&A area. Preferably there would be experiences in accounting. MNC experience is a must.

?Professional qualification is an advantage (incl. ACCA, CIMA, CICPA, CGA, etc.)

?Must be proficient in English and Mandarin, written and oral

?Good knowledge of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office and ERP systems are essential. Knowledge of JDE and Hyperion is preferred
