POSITION SUMMARY:
Initiative to learn and collect information which include but not limited in Product, RM, OP, Competito’ to format training slides and keep updating.
Fully deliverable training knowledge to trade sales, corporate sales and individual sales, help them to establish trainer skills to train travel agency or custome better.
To communicate with headquarter training team timely and keep information coistency between China and headquarter.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:
1.Delivery training to meet training needs in a timely controlled manner
2.Co-ordinate training programme arrangements
3.Prepare and update training material timely
4.Set up of virtual classrooms & implement new efficiencies where necessary
5.Work with internal departments to maintain training material updates
6.Collect competito’ ship information and formulate analyzing materials.
7.Produce effective training interventio that keeps us ahead of our delivery
8.Awer all general email and telephone queries related training materials that come through in time.
9.Coordinate training materials and pla for all events and work with venues to eure the events needs are set up and planned

QUALIFICATIO:
List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work at the entry level of the job.
?Minimum 3 yea proven marketing experience ideally in a multi-national marketing environment-preferable
?Proficient in training skills including but not limited in speech, deliver, slides and proper gesture in training function
?Worked in a coordinator role previously for at least 1 year
?Ideally this peo background would include working within a training team
?Intermediate level at Excel, Word & PowerPoint
