工作职责(Job Respoibility):
以公司战略和政策为指导,在所负责市场开发与管理旅行社分销渠道,通过分销渠道向消费者推广皇家加勒比旗下的三大主要品牌:皇家加勒比国际, 精致及精钻游轮的度假产品;
With the guidance of company strategy and policies, develop and manage the distribution channels of travel agents in the designated territory; maximize opportunities of selling cruise products of Royal Caribbean Intl’ and Celebrity Cruises to end coume via distribution channels.
具体职能包括(Job Description):
1. 根据公司战略,制定所负责市场的渠道开发其计划,以完成给定的短期和长期的业务开发指标;
With the guidance of company strategy, develop channel business plan for the assigned territory and reach targets of both short term and long term;;
2.维护和管理已有旅行社客户的关系;
Maintain and manage good relatiohip with travel agents;
3.定期对旅行社及其门店与同行进行产品知识培训及更新;
Conduct regular sales call to travel agents and the outlets and deliver product knowledge training and information update if any;
4.组织与发动旅行社完成给定航次的订舱,付款和销售任务。
Follow up and follow through on travel agents’ reservation, payment and any sales targets assigned to the distributo.
岗位资质(Qualificatio):
四年全日制大学本科毕业,英语6级
Education: Bachelor degree (B. S.) or (B. A.) from four-year full time univeity with CET-6 certificate
· 有3-5年对外销售经验 3-5+ yea outside Sales experience required;
· 有旅行社,酒店,航空公司或其他行业渠道销售经验者,优先考虑;Previous sales experience of travel agent, airlines, hotel or channel distribution preferred;
初始时是独立工作者,待业务提升后可以扩大团队。
负责开拓与机票代理社的合作,通过机票代理社销售皇家产品
具备优秀的销售管理能力、商业开拓能力和团队管理能力。
性格与技能(Peonality and Skills):
· 性格开朗,具备良好的人际沟通技能 Extrovert and good people communication skill;
· 责任心强,具备快速学习能力 Strong see of respoibility and learning capability
