Reports to VP

Provides leadehip to about 80 people including Manufacturing, Maintenance, Technical, SHE, Warehouse, Logistics & Purchasing, Sourcing department.

Job Output:

? Leadehip, planning and organization of all production engineering processes in manufacturing and logistics in using all available resources (employees, machinery and operating supplies) to eure product quality, delivery service and safety standards

Key Process (Ownehip/Participation):

? Implementation of the Safety System in manufacturing and logistics.

? Development of the production budget and controlling of the compliance with this budget.

? Supports the sales department in production engineering through continuous training and education efforts.

? Supports the development of a high performance organization through recruitment, leadehip and continuous training and education efforts for the Team- / Shift Leade.

? Planning, controlling and supervising of the operating resources.

? Implementation of quality management within production.

? Eure service and production rejects to eure scrap within target levels and to reach production targets.

? Controlling of the compliance with environmental protection guidelines. Building Maintenance.

? Drive plant productivity continuous improvement through lean manufacturing

Measures of Effectiveness:

? Safety, housekeeping and environmental measures of results and participation

? Process effectiveness measures including scrap, downtime, rate

? Year on year productivity improvement

? Quality measures such as claims and complaints

? New product development

? Direct cost and manufacturing period expee

Education & Work Experience:

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

? Minimum of 10 yea experience in Operatio Management in a plant

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

? Working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing

? Strong working knowledge of ERP, Supply Chain technology tools

? Excellent leadehip skills with a proven track record of success in building manufacturing teams

? Change Management Skills

? Strong process improvement discipline

? Ability to analyze problems and provide innovative solutio

? Excellent written and oral communicatio both in English and Chinese

?The Plant Manager is respoible for the planning, production, maintenance, warehousing, inventory management and quality departments of the plant.

Respoibilities

工作职责

?Prepare the Annual Production Budget based upon Sales Budgets and Production Requirements.

根据销售预算和产品要求准备年度生产预算；

?Plan production one month in advance, on a tentative basis, using three month sales projectio and the production budget.

根据三个月的销售情况和生产预算，提前一个月做生产计划；

?Prepare firm production schedules on a weekly basis.

每周准备生产进度表；

?Maintain direct communicatio with the Selling Divisio to assure that production pla are coistent with Sales needs.

和销售部门保守密切的联系来确保生产计划和销售一致；

?Continuously evaluate contingencies and variatio, which may require a revision of production pla and schedules.

不断对可能的费用和变化进行估计，以便对生产计划和进度表进行修改；

?Production output must meet the monthly production pla coistent with the annual production budget.

产品产量必须符合每月的产量计划，以便和年度生产预算一致；

?Efficiently utilize plant labor to produce products and equipment.

有效利用地工厂的设备和劳动力进行生产；

?Control production costs coistent with the annual budget for plant labor and overhead.

控制生产成本使之和劳动力费用和一般费用一致；

?Establish and use Production Standards for each manufacturing operation for the purpose of maximizing production efficiency.

对每个生产环节建立和生产标准，使之达到最大化生产；

?Establish and maintain product quality coistent with the policy as presented in the International Quality Control Manual.

建立并维护产品质量体系, 使之符合《国际质量控制手册》；

?Maintain the incoming raw materials and container ipection program to make sure that materials in production meet the specificatio.

保持进料和集装箱的检测工作, 保证用于生产的材料符合规范；

?Maintain the Sampling and Quality Control Evaluation program on all finished goods and feed back the results to production in the Quality Control training program.

对成品进行抽样调查和质量评估，并反馈结果；

?Make batch adjustments where necessary in accordance with International Procedures such that all products are within quality specificatio.

必要时可做相应的调整，使之符合国际流程规范，使所有的产品符合质量要求；

?Establish and maintain an accurate, efficient, quality control laboratory appropriate to the production volume.

建立并完善一个准确的，有效的，质量检查体系；

?Maintain samples of all finished goods for a minimum of six months. Raw material samples must be retained for periods coistent with inventory turnover.

对于所有的成品都需要保留6个月的样品。原材料样品保留时间必须和货存清单的翻覆时间一致；

?Maintain accurate records of raw materials, containe and all products manufactured.

保持原材料, 集装箱及产品的正确记录

?Establish the Finished Goods Inventory requirements coistent with corporate goals and based on the Sales forecast and budgets.

根据公司目标及销售预测和预算建立成品库存

?Establish and maintain raw material and container inventory flow sufficient to assure uninterrupted production while meeting inventory objectives.

使原材料的货存相对充足，从而保证正常的生产；

?Establish and maintain a suitable Inventory Control System that is updated daily for raw materials, containe, finished goods and equipment. The system must include controls for base stock levels, maximum stock levels and safety stock levels.

建立并完善一个合适的货存控制体系，使之为原料、集装箱、成品和设备而更新。这个体系应涵盖基本库存、最大库存和安全库存三个等级；

?Establish and maintain a regular preventive maintenance program in the plant with the objective of eliminating down time.

在工厂里建立并完善完整的维护保养体系，提高生产效率；

?Continually review and take steps to minimize plant maintenance costs while promoting efficiency and safety within the plant.

在提高生产效率和保证安全的前提下，要不断地改进使维修成本最小化；

?Implement and maintain a plant safety program designed to assure safe working conditio and eliminate lost time due to accidents.

完善工厂的安全体系，确保安全的工作环境和减少因事故而造成的误工；

?Periodically review and update the safety program in terms of plant needs and external regulating facto such as iurance and government requirements.

定时地升级工厂的安全系统，使之既符合工厂的内部要求又符合保险和政府的外部要求；

?Select, train and motivate a competent staff to eure an efficient production and distribution operatio.

?Submit reports to the Controller's Department as required by established procedures.

按要求向管理部门递交工作报告；

?Submit a Monthly Progress Report to the National Supply Chain Manager using the standard format.

?Report any exceptio of standard operating procedures to the company manager immediately

生产操作时出现异常情况时要立即报告公司经理

?Periodically update the required finished goods inventory level to assure that shipments are always made from inventory and production is not scheduled in respoe to orde (unless the product is categorized - make to order).

定时地更新或升级所要求的成品货存，从而保证出货可以从货单上找到，而且生产不是根据上级命令来安排的(除非产品已归类)；
