Respoibilities
A key respoibility of this position is to develop and implement the quality systems for all plants in China, locatio include Zhuhai, Shenzhen, and Wuhu Anhui for the moment, plus any further expanded footprint in the future.
Establish regional/factory Quality Strategy and Continuous Improvement Plan for local production and international export to US, EMEA and Australia/APAC region to meet business objectives;
Eure development, maintenance, adherence and efficient use of regional/factory Quality Management System (“QMS”) according to ISO/TS standards (ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, etc.).
Establish appropriate KPI measurements to support business objectives and requirements. ;
Actively lead and manage coumer field retur, internal and external customer complaints process.
Work closely with and manage regular (weekly/biweekly/monthly) follow-up's with quality and customer service teams in all and other regio, to eure common Corrective Action and Customer Improvement Pla are appropriately developed and monitored;
Provide leadehip in quality assurance activities during the Product Development,
Establish cross-functional QIP teams - lead and manage internal Quality Improvement Programs through AQAP, PPAP, Kaizen and Lean programs to improve quality, efficiency and cost/waste reduction;
Lead and manage CPVOE/OE customer audits.
Establish and manage supplier audits, assessment, qualificatiorating and development programs;
Coordinate internal auditing teams and schedule;
Work with outside coultants, registrar and audito as required. Integrates outside expertise into the manufacturing facilities;
Respoible for tracking, documentation and successful execution of change management and change control for process & product;
Provide leadehip in creation of a zero defect culture.
Requirements:
Chinese origin, or western origin if well embedded and active in the Chinese society and culture, fluently speaking and writing the Chinese language;
Minimum 10 Yea in depth working experience in an international organization and context, preferably with hands-on-experience in US, Europe and/or Australia;
Automotive industry experience is a plus;
Deep knowledge and practical experience of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and International Standards (ISO), such as:
- ISO9001
- ISO/TS 16949 (Automotive QS)
- ISO14001 (Environmental Standard)
- OHSAS18001 (Employees Health & Safety)
Deep knowledge and practical experience of Quality Management Techniques, such as:
- Drawing reading capability, undetand tolerance stack up vs process variatio as well as KPC (Key Product Characteristics)
- DOE (Design of Experiments)
- DFMEA/PFMEA
- Product Test and Validation Programs (with statistical confidence)
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- Process / Tools Capability Studies
- Product and Process Audits resulting in Process Improvement Pla
- Statistical Process Control, SPC
- Supplier Audit and Assessment, PPAP and SQA
- PDCA, 5 Why's / Root Cause Analysis / 8D reports
- Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing (as this very much is interlinked to TQM)
Project management skills: to meet the timelines and objectives established for ISO/TS registratio and the process improvement initiatives;
Catalyst and customer advocate, with see of urgency. Good international business undetanding and skills to have the appreciation for different product and application requirements in different markets;
Problem solving skills and attention to details;
Able to drive and foster functional as well as global team work.
Good social and communication skills, able to manage (senior) management meetings, communication with Dometic internal organization, as well as with custome and supplie;
Self-driven and motivated, with highest business integrity.
