Job Description
-Visit existing and new custome with a focus on retaining/expanding existing business relatiohips.
-Deliver CVP to existing custome to increase volume
-Undetand customer needs, business operation, provide sound information and advice on products and services, and deliver out win-win solutio with custome.

Requirements
-Bachelor and above degree
-5+ yea sales experience in automotive aftermarket/ chemistry industry with proven success in developing profitable business
-Strong customer focus, at least 5 yea of distributor channel management experience
-Familiar with customer business operation and meaning of financials data.
- Customer oriented, strong see of respoibility and enthusiastic
-Strong interpeonal skills and able to build cotructive relatiohip with custome and Distributo.
-Familiar with CRM tools.
