提供专业的技术支持，处理产品的质量问题。

协助处理客户投诉，给客户推荐合适的产品我工艺。

协助培训技术员及实验员。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Work under the group leader, resolves assigned complex problems.

Develops new products, maintaiimproves existing products/processes.

Search and select new materials to meet the requirement of the coatings, and locally sourced raw materials.

Professionally applies technical expertise, problem solving and decision making skills.

Shows initiative in resolving issues and problems with solutio for internal/external custome. Recommends changes in technical approaches to achieve product/process goals.

May train and develop technicia and lower level professionals.

Takes respoibility for euring safe operating procedures.
