职位描述:
?Act as and BUSINESS PARTNER with Business Leade ( Pharmaurgical/VC ) and providing Business Iights and recommendation to management team
?Be respoible to run Internal and External Assessments to Identify Internal GAPs in terms of Capabilities / Resources. Deliverables Examples : SFE Dashboard, Resources Elasticity Model … etc
?Behave as a KEY ENABLER to Grow on Internal Capabilities to work closely with other internal functio ( IT, MA and Operatio ) as well as vendo ( Coultancy Firms and Data Provide ) to develop solutio to facilitate internal growing capability processes and make better and faster Decision on a Daily Operatio such as Deliverables Examples : Guidance for Territory Design, Criteria for Regional Quota Allocation, Tools Regional Business Review, … etc.
?Be respoible for taking the lead in developing and executing SFE relevant projects that result in commercialization excellence. The project should be strategic planning focused. Deliverable Examples: 2012 Productivity Project (sales force sizing and retargeting), SF incentive plan, KA incentive plan, deployment in new product launch, etc.
?5 yea in sales operation area or SFE area preferred, 1 year+ management position is plus, Pharma MNC China experience preferred
