Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved ):
?Analyze current bidding model and study the trend, to identify oppor-tunities.
?Initiate /one province one planning / to proactive manage province bidding.
?Initiate tailored message to deliver to bidding stakeholde, and eure message coistency.
?Cooperate with franchise/MA/Legal to build long term protection plan for high risk brand..
?Study new price cutting model: reimbuement price negotiation, GPO, Price-volume linkage procurement, etc.
?Initiate tailor-made training coue and CVC (customer value created) program for bidding stakeholder
?Build national platform and speaker pool.
Job Requirements:
Education: Univeity degree in business or science, MBA preferred
Experience & knowledge:
5 yea marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry
5 yea coulting experience within pharmaceutical industry
5 yea market access experience
