-Technical Education (HTL / FH or similar education)

-Good EDV-knowledge

-Knowledge of ZKW production process and ZKW products

-Training coue block QM or similar

-Good written and spoken knowledge of English

-ZKW-customer project organization

-Leadehip (confidence, stamina, endurance, decisiveness, initiative, communication skill, coordination skill, implementation skill, conflict resolution skill)

-Entrepreneurial thinking
