职位描述:
Requirement:
1. Manage and develop customer quality team;
2. Develop and coach subordinates;
3. Respoible for customer complain treatment ,handle customer system audit and process audit;
4. Involve in new project or product development, handle PPAP;
5. Organize and coordinate the root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plan setting up, keep following up for closure and respoe to customer in case customer complaints;
6. Involve in new project or product development, prepare and document APQP, PPAP etc;
7. Review feasibility study report of new product and process identification;
8. Liaise with customer for and coordinate customer process audit;
9. Reduce PPM, customer complaint, COPQ annually.;
10. Review feasibility study report of new product and process identification;
11. Production capability analysis and drive the improvement for new product;
12. Monitor staff to implement applicable HES laws of customer quality team, regulatio and management program of site operation, respoible for staff HES performance rating;
13. Other tasks or duties as assigned by plant quality manager.
Respoibilities:
1. Strong Engineering / Technical background, bachelor degree or above Approx;
2. 3 yea high volume manufacturing quality control area and OEM customer complaint experience ;
3. Qualified ISO/TS16949 auditor;
4. Management skill;
5. Good knowledge in ISO/TS16949, qualified internal auditor;
6. Good problem solving and decision making skill;
7. Good knowledge in QC 7 tools, SPC, GR&R, FMEA, PPAP and APQP;
8. Good Communicate in English;
9. Proficient in computer software, MS Word, MS excel, MS outlook, MS PPT.
