职位描述:
1、Manpower Planning & Budgeting 人力资源规划和预算
Eure the plant has adequately and efficiently staffer in accordance with plant strategy.
根据工厂的规划,确保生产部门充足且高效的人力资源配置
Bespoible of department budgeting and eure the actual cost is in controlling.
负责部门预算并确保实际花费可控
2、Complete Production Schedule and Targets 生产计划及目标达成
Eure the manufacturing department to compete the production risk and delivery.
保证生产部门按时、按量完成生产任务, 保证产品符合质量文件所规定的标准,并确保及时交货
3、Trouble Free Production 确保无故障生产
Eure trouble free production by coordinating with Logistic, Equipment, Quality, Technology departments etc.
与物流、设备、质量和工艺等部门合作,确保无故障生产
Respoible for trouble-free production process and product’s quality
负责无故障的生产流程和产品质量
4、High Quality Control 控制高品质
Eures high quality standard of products in accordance with customer expectatiorequirement
确保符合客户要求和期望的高品质产品
5、Production Process / Layout/ Equipment Improvement 生产流程/ 布局/设备改善
Lead analysis and update the production process to optimize the capacity utilization
主导分析并更新生产流程以优化产能利用率
Cooperate with CSC manufacturing department to eure continuous improvement and set up best practice
与CSC生产部门合作以确保持续发展和制定***实践
Assists in evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, layouts, equipments and techniques.
协助评估并改善制造方法,布局,设备和技术
6、Improve Product Efficiency 提高生产效率
According to the peonnel of maturity, improve the efficiency of job per hour.
根据人员的成熟度,提高单位生产效率。
7、New Projects Launch 新项目启动
Eures launches of new projects, be respoible for proper ramp up
确保新项目的启动,负责可能的产能提升
8、Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improves Production function competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and ipiring innovatio of ingenious products, services, solutio and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,提高生产职能的竞争力和客户满意度
9、People Development员工发展
Organize, lead, control and coordinate staff performance to achieve plant product targets.
管理,领导,控制及协调部门人员的状态以达到工厂生产运作指标
By providing the proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities to support staff development;
Eure that performance evaluation, successor plan and other peonnel department of the implementation of the project
通过提供适当的培训,辅导和轮岗机会支持员工发展; 确保绩效评估,接任人计划和其他人事部门的项目的实施
岗位要求:
1、Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferred major of mechanics, engineering, automation etc.
本科或以上学历,工程、机械、自动化等专业优先。
2、In the field of manufacturing more than 6 to 8 yea of work experience, More than 3 yea team management experience在制造领域有6-8年以上的工作经验, 3年以上大团队管理方面经验
3、Automotive experience in a Just In Time (JIT) environment preferred. 汽车行业内有按需准时生产(JIT)方面的经验优先
