Eure that processes needed for company Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained;

? Monitor and report to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement;

? Eure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization and that the organization is meeting or exceeding customer expectation;

? Liaise with the external assessment bodies on all matte related to the external accreditation process for the relevant national and international standards;

? Manage customer, supplier and internal nonヽonformances, participating on the analysis and providing suggestio on preventive, corrective or improvement measures as required;

? Follow through with conditioning on items falling out of specification (all nonconforming products);

? Develop an internal audit plan and manage the company internal audits;

? Making sure that the manufacturing or production process meet national and international standards;

? Defining quality procedures in conjunction with the operating staff;

? Using relevant quality tools and making sure manage and other staff undetand how to improve the business;

? Organize, manage and control internal and external training relatedto quality.

? Support the development of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)documentation. Manage FMEA follow﹗p and verification activities;

? Manage, supervise and control the Quality and Ipection teams forincoming, production and machining ipection.

? Assists in Plant Safety and Environmental training and reporting;

? Support product development team to establish quality standards;

? Work with purchasing staff to establish supplier quality performance

Qualification

? Univeity degree in engineering ;

? Minimum 3-5 yea of professional experience in a quality role in an industrial environment;

? Knowledge of relevant quality standards and tools (ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, VDA6.3, APQP, FMEA, 8D, MSA, especially SPC, etc.) is essential; ISO/TS 16949 certified is a plus; knowledge in IMDS system is a plus;

? Experience with LEAN manufacturing practices and continuous improvement concepts desired;

? Methodic, critical, good undetanding of project management;

? Organizational skills, capacity to adapt to multicultural environment;

? Fluent in English and Chinese any other language is coidered asan asset.

? PC literate: MS Office; Minitab (or other statistical package);
