职位描述:
-Company’s Quality System Management, incl. maintenance and continuous improvement to eure that the Quality System is effective in the operation of the company to meet the related national and international standards, regulatio and other requirements (incl. ISO 9000 audits, etc.).
-Document Control Center (DCC), its timely update and effectiveness throughout the whole company.
-Quality Iurance, incl. IQC, PQC; proper documentation and management of data, analysis and timely feed back to supplie and production process.
-Handle all customer related product quality issues, incl. customer feed back, corrective action reports (8D, A3, etc.).
-Implement customer’s Quality System requirements into the overall operation; comply with customer’s requirements (reporting, improvement pla, etc.), prepare and support customer’s process audits (e.g. according to VDA 6.3).
-Prepare and carry out Internal Audits, Management Reviews, Target Setting and other activities necessary to prove and improve the effectiveness of any applied Quality System.
-Lead, train and motivate a team to eure the fulfillment of the above mentioned tasks.
-Coordinate with other departments to enhance the effectiveness of the overall Quality Policy.
-Coordinate Quality Policy and activities with German Headquarter.
-Other work assigned by company.
-Bachelor education.
-Above 10 yea quality system experience of machanical industry in an international company.
-Proficient in ISOstandards and familiar with quality tools (FMEA, AQAP, SPC…), experience in VDA 6.3 recommended.
-Fluent in both oral and written English, good interpeonal and presentation skills.
-Helpful and sociable with teamwork spirit.
