Major respoibilities include:

1)Set up sales targets together with the Sales Manager DDC and China Sales Director DDC;

2)Develop sales execution plan;

3)Develop and maintain dealecustome (e.g. sub-deale, residential decoration companies, project, etc.) in assigned area, and achieve sales targets (e.g. revenue, amount of new custome, etc.);
开发和维护经销商/客户;
4)Achieve customer satisfaction via effective cooperation with other functio (e.g. Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service, Finance, Production etc.);
实现客户满意度通过有效的合作与其他功能(如市场营销、技术支持、客户服务、财务、生产等);
5)Set sales expee budget together with the Sales Manager DDC and China Sales Director DDC, spend sales expee effectively and monitor the total sales expee agait the budget;
制定销售费用预算和销售经理一起,和中国销售总监监护花销售费用有效和监控总销售费用预算;
6)At all times be aligned with the Company’s values.

Qualificatio:
要求:
1)Around 5-10 yea of relevant sales experience in the field of establishing, managing and growing dealecustomer networks with solid track records from top international companies;
(Candidates may include ones from top international companies dealing with high-end decoratiobuilding related products with big and medium size deale, sub-deale, residential decoration companies, designe, project owne & develope, commercial decoration companies and so on, as target custome, etc.)

2)Strong planning and execution competence;

3)Strong field sales skills and experience, solid competence to deal with decision make of big and medium size custome;

4)Bachelor degree in commercial or relevant fields from respected ititutio;

5)Good command of computer skills for daily works (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)

6)Experience in start-up sales activities is a plus;
