POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will serve as the technical architect and business liaison for all Commercial related initiatives to eure that Royal Caribbean is well positioned for future growth in the Commercial solution area. Hehe will partner closely with the Sales & Marketing team to identify key opportunities to improve commercial operation capabilities and results.
This position serve as the key point peon undetanding and bridging together IT and business objectives, focusing on commercial systems. Hehe will provide process and system expertise on IT Commercial application systems, including SFA (Sales Force Automation), CRM (Salesforce.com), Sales KPI & Performance Reporting, Incentive Calculation systems, etc. Lead/participate marketing and Sales IT related systems implementation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:
-Lead the China IT Commercial program.
-Contribute to the definition and communication of the IT vision, strategy and pla, enabling the business strategies and priorities for Commercial operation.
-Organize the governance of commercial operation to eure the prioritization and expectatio are all aligned
-Advocate innovative and cost-efficient IT solutio to maximize business value, create competitive advantage, and cotantly improve operational excellence
-Monito project execution pla, resource deployment and overall coordination efforts to eure that projects are completed on schedule, on budget and on scope
-Manage the delivery of requirements, use-cases, prototypical user experiences, test pla, and business change management.
-Provide technical and thought leadehip on system architecture, application integration and development initiatives. Actively participate in the development of technical architecture for assigned systems and projects.
-Manage complex software development and integration technology projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Work hand-in-hand with related Application Services Manage to architect, develop, test, certify and itall solutio into the production environment.
-Respoible for typical project management duties like assembling the project team, developing and controlling project pla, managing project budgets, resolving issues and status reporting.
-Manage all reports and analysis requirements for Sales and Marketing processes
-Manage user expectation and change management efforts to all stakeholde.
-Design & deliver the training & documentation for the implementation of the project
-Evaluate his/her subordinates' skills levels and support them in their development in the key competencies.
-Manage IT vendor partne to eure timely, high-quality and cost effective solutio and services.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
ESSENTIAL
-12+ yea of Information Technology Experience
-5+ yea of Solution Architecture Experience in the Commercial Solution (functional and technical)
-Desired technical experience with SFDC and mobility (iOS/ Android) solution
-Strong communication and interpeonal skills with ability to influence manage and executives.
-Ability to interact effectively with internal business teams, at different levels of the organization.
-General business acumen and undetanding of the role of technology in business traformation and increased operational efficiency.
-Possess excellent analytical skills and be able to sift through large and often conflicting data to develop key iights.
-Passionate about technology and its ability to traform businesses.
-People management and talent development experience
-Experience in management of outsourced vendor relatiohips with strong negotiation skills.
-Experience with outsourcing and distributed global team environment is preferred.
DESIRABLE
-Proven ability to deliver in a high-pressure and stressful environment
-Undetanding the distribution channel management. Distribution Management systems experience is a plus.
-Ability to work across multiple sites/function to drive the harmonization, organization change and collaboration
-Experience in business process reengineer and optimization
-High energy, self-motivated and independent
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Experience in Salesforce.com is a plus.
-Experience in SFA tools is a plus.
-Experience in Sales Incentive program automation is a plus.
-PMP certification
