职位描述:
POSITION SUMMARY
This position holder will be respoible for all of HR support to our call center in Tianjin, including recruitment, HR operatio, trainings and employee performance management and career development, jointly with the management team in Tianjin.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:
1. Recruit all of the positio, including permanent, part time or inter, for TMC call center, through on-going recruitment activities or campus recruitment.
2. Manage the movement of talents across the TMC call center, or liaise with Shanghai HR team on talents movement across the company.
3. Take care of HR operatio, including check-in and check-out and set up employee p-files.
4. Conduct new hire orientation, and arrange soft-skill based trainings to employees.
5. Work with manage on employees’ performance management.
6. Work with manage on employees’ career development.
7. Take task assigned by TMC call center leader.

QUALIFICATIO:
?Bachelor degree
?Good command of spoken and written English

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
?At least 3 yea HR Generalistpecialist’s experience.
?Able to work independently as well as a team player.
?Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
?Patient but aggressive, mature and open-minded
?Knowledge about the local legal employment conditio and those of the legal entity.
?Good command of Microsoft Office
?Ability to prioritize tasks
?Communicatio and messaging skills with the ability to build long term partnehips with internal management & staff, including the various relevant representatives of worke groups and external stakeholde.
