岗位职责：

一、业务目标规划方面 Business objective planning

1.根据顾问行销的经营策略，协助顾问行销负责人制定年度业绩目标及费用计划 Support Agency head to make annual business objectives and expee planning according to Agency business strategy.

2.业务计划相关报表制作，并定期追踪分析 Business planning report and regular follow up analysis.

3.负责顾问行销相关费用管控，定期分析以确保符合公司费用管控目标。Respoible for cost management for Agency channel, and regular analysis to eure meeting company expee management objective.

4.协助顾问行销负责人提交月度业绩相关报告 Support Agency head to submit monthly business report.

二、业务推动方面 Business promotion

1.根据顾问行销的经营策略，组织制定年度业务推动计划 Make business promotion plan according to Agency business strategy.

2.策划、制定并组织推动业务相关的荣誉体系、激励活动 Plan, develop and organize business related honor systems and incentive activities to do sales promotion.

3.负责公司受理业务数据报表及阶段竞赛报表的建立、管理；

4.组织推动新产品上市及后续跟踪 Organize and promote new products and follow up.

5.协助顾问行销负责人策划组织业务活动，如开拓新型销售渠道或客户活动 Support Agency head to organize business activities, ie, new sales channel development and customer activities.

三、行政辅助方面 Admin management

1.根据公司《基本法》及相关政策，落实业务人事及业务(保单)行政相关工作，并确保工作质量和部门服务标准。Implement business peonnel and administrative work according to company basic law and related policies, to eure work quality and department services standards.

2.与总公司相关部门沟通销售团队相关业务及行政需求 Communicate with home office related functio of sales business and admin requests.

3.负责实施非在职保单的分配行政工作，监管服务品质 Respoible for implementing the distribution policy of non-service administration, and monitoring service quality.

4.负责销售团队职场管理、销售辅助工具库存管理 Respoible for sales team workplace management and sales tools inventory management.

5当地同业公会关系维护 Maintenance the relatiohip of local trade association.

四、合规管理方面 Compliance management

1.定期汇总与上报营销合规报表；Make sales compliance summary report on a regular basis.

2.进行合规案件查处，完成分公司品质管理委员会职责；Investigate of the cases of compliance and fulfill the respoibility of branch quality management committee.

3.定期进行合规培训。Organize compliance training on a regular basis.

5. 遵守反洗钱相关法律法规和公司制度并承担相应职责。To comply with the applicable AML laws & regulatio and the company policy, and take the respoibilities accordingly.

五、业务推动方面 Business promotion

1.协助制订分公司年度业务推动计划及费用预算；Support to make branch annual business promotion and expee budget

2.负责分公司业务数据报表的建立、管理和分析；（受理业绩）Respoible for establishing branch business report, management and analysis

3.参与策划、并组织与实施渠道年度相应业务表彰会；Take part in planning, organizing and implementation of agency channel annual business commendation.

4.协助策划、组织、追踪短期业务竞赛，推动竞赛目标的达成；Support planning, organizing and tracking short-term business competition, to promote to achieve the competition goal

5.协助业务体系制式化会议的组织、召开及相关工作的落实；Support organizing and convening channel regular meeting and related work

6.策划并组织客户活动项目；Plan and organize customer activities

7.负责分公司前线伙伴竞赛活动出行的策划和安排。Respoible for planning and organizing branch front-line sales promotion outing.

岗位要求：

- 本科（含）以上学历 Bachelor degree and above ；

- 八年以上工作经验,其中五年以上个人寿险业务管理、培训和企划经验。More than 8-yea working experiences.(More than 5-yea experiences in individual iurance business management, training and corporate planning.)

- 工作主动、热情、有创造性，能承担较大工作压力 Initiative, enthusiasm, creative and capable to work under pressure；

- 良好的客户服务意识 Customer services oriented。

- 熟练运用Office等办公软件 Proficient in Microsoft Office ；
