职位描述:
岗位职责:
1.协助区部经理进行日常的绩效管理,以完成区部的年度目标;Support DM for daily performance management, to achieve annual performance goal
2.协助区部经理策划、落实、管理业务推动活动,以达到业务推动目标;Support DM for planning, implementation, business promotion management, to achieve goal
3.与业务经理、营业处经理、区部经理保持有效地沟通,保证信息的通畅,实现对新人的辅导;Effective communication with operation manger, business manager and DM, to eure smooth information communication for coaching new sales
4.协助新晋升的SM进行团队管理,以提升其组织管理能力;Support newly promoted SM for team management, to improve organization management capacity
5.推动绩优业务团队/伙伴的目标达成;Promote top sales teamales to achieve goal
6.弱体营业单位的辅导与协助;Coach and assist weak sales team
7.组织有针对性的销售各环节的培训,以提升新人的产能;Organize pertinence sales training to upgrade new sales production
8.分公司或区部业务专案的实施与执行;Implementation of branch and district operation
9.辅导销售人员正确有效使用销售工具,如FNA,PROPOSAL;Supervise sales of how to use sales tools, ie, FNA, PROPOSAL
10.协调总公司相关部门,解决销售过程中的相关行政问题。Coordinate with HO related functio to solve sales admin problems.
岗位要求:
- 本科以上学历 Bachelor degree and above;
- 具有3年顾问行销销售、管理及训练经验 More than 3 yea Agency sales, management and training experiences.
- 细心,个性开朗、热情,具有使命感,能挑战自我能力者careful, cheerful, enthusiastic, with a see of mission, self challenge
