General Job Description

The Iide Sales Coultant is respoible for selling company productservices to homeowne. The Iide Sales Coultant concentrates on aftermarket sales communication with custome through various mea. Hehe possesses orde for clients, and communicates in detail according to the company’s procedures, following and supporting the client throughout the entire sales process. Hehe supports the Key Account Sales teams and Sales Manage by providing administrative support throughout the sales cycle.

Major Duties and Respoibilities

- Process orde for all customer call in's and direct sales teams sales orde;

- Maintain customer retention by affirming customer satisfaction and following the company SOP for filter replacement phone calls;

- Communicate accurate data collected and provide complete information to Customer Relatiohip Management system (CRM) & ERP;

- Monthly database research for prospective clients;

- Verify next day delivery schedule with after sales service and sales teams;

- Work with accounting and sales teams for fapiao tracking and accuracy for custome;

- Prepare Sales Literature for custome, sales teams and events;

- Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly sales report;

- Record weekly Sales Meetings;

- Participate in events and company spoored activities;

- Support all activities of Key Account Sales teams and Sales Manage;

- Tralation Work and other assignment.

Qualification for the Job

- Bachelor degree or equivalent

- 1-2 yea related working experience, qualified fresh graduate students also welcomed

- Fluent oral and written Chinese and English

- Good user knowledge of PC softwares

- Service oriented, superior interpeonal and communication skills.

- Highly developed see of respoiveness, both timely and accurate
