Respoibilities:

1Recruit, motivate and develop a superior MDE team

2Manage the new development and maintenance of all process platforms including stamping, molding, upstream, assembly, test and ipection

3Review competencies of existing staff and build employee skill sets based upon technical requirements

4Manage the development and maintenance of the automation platform

5Judgment of manufacturability of design’s and cost of products

6Eure manufacturability for all products in the development process

7Support Product Development by providing best in class manufacturing concepts

8Entire sample production during product development

9Deliver platform based manufacturing concepts for the specific needs of different products

10Deliver platform based manufacturing concepts adapted for different manufacturing locatio and product needs

11BU Representation in companywide stamping, molding and automation COE’s

Requirements:

1Management Experience – Able to guide globally distributed teams. At least 5 yea’ experience in management of manufacturing and high efficient automation projects. The ideal candidate has experience in large companies with an international matrix organization

2Functional experience – Significant experience in process development and mass production automation concepts as well as flexible automation and semiconductor manufacturing.

3Industry Background – Has led teams in an industry sector that is characterized by complex process and manufacturing requirements for covering automotive as well as coumer requirements

4Geography – Track successfully global teams and resources

5Education – Have a Degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, automation or similar areas of expertise. Fluent English skills is a must

6Innovative thinker to achieve best in class process and automation leadehip position

7Strongly process focused with the ability to execute on priorities

8Ability to effectively work under pressure and to meet challenging targets
