1.Well know the manufacturing flow process of the products.

熟悉工厂生产制造流程。

2.Based on the daily production schedule to arrange the production and manpower resource in order to fulfill shipment.

根据生产计划制定的“日生产计划”，安排生产，确保按时完成公司的生产目标。

3.To work with the engineering team and QA team to analysis and solve quality / process problems and take corrective action.

与工程和质量团队合作，分析与解决质量和制程中出现的问题。

4.To work with the engineering team and QA team to do CIP to optimize production processes and reduce waste for productivity increase and cost reduction.
