职位描述:
Respoibilities:
Propose and implement improvement to existing manufacturing/assembly processes (including monitor supplier components/parts quality, analyze customer complaiquality issues and prepare/deliver technical trainings) with the objective of meeting quality and process requirements within established engineering principles and department policies/procedures.
1.Process/Quality Improvement
Undetand operation process; identify and analyze potential problem areas; determine and implement corrective actio; verify the effectiveness of corrective actio; and incorporate the corrective measures into standard operation procedures (SOP) in order to improve production yield.
2.Project Management
Prepare next year's assigned engineering process work plan and yield/cost saving targets for manager's approval at the end of every year; lead routine cost saving or process improvement projects; coordinate with other departments to identify resources for the project; prepare schedule/project completion; review project progress on a weekly basis; resolve project issues; and periodically provide progress report to manager in order to eure assigned projects are meet time, project budget and quality requirements.
3.Quality Issue Resolution
Analyze customer complai to identify source of quality issues; determine and implement corrective actio; and provide data and evidence to facilitate report preparation by Quality Dept. in order to prevent the similar quality issues in the future.
4.People Management and Development
Provide training, allocate work and project targets, and review and provide performance feedback to technicia in order to eure that their performance meet the department's targets.
5.Technical Training
Prepare training materials and conduct technical training on new processes or new products (including safety measures) to Quality, Purchasing, Planning and Production Departments in order to introduce new processes and products to them.
6.Process Document Management
Monitor SOP update (with new processes and corrective measures) by Technicia, in order to provide working itructio to operato; and chair a meeting with colleagues from other departments to review process documentation in order to meet Quality Assurance Procedure requirements.
7.Supplier Process Management
Test, examine and analyze the component parts and their functio, and provide analysis reports to Purchasing/Development in order to help Purchasing/Development shortlist supplie.
Qualificatio:
Bachelo degree in Mechanical/Electronical or related Engineering
Minimum 5 year process engineering/IE work experience
Fluent English communication skill will be better
Experience on lean manufacturing, Minitab or Jump experience and SMT related experience will be preferred
