职位描述:
Respoibility:
1, Disposal for non-conforming and call for MRB
2. Customer complaint handling and 8D report draft
3. Follow up with product, method and all relative functio for the failure analysis, call necessary meeting to address and solve the quality issues in process.
4. Act as the customer complaint officer to deal with customer complaints or feedback.
5. Start-up phase:
- Provide strong support for production line traferring, i.e. perform process validation
- Build up testing capacity regarding products, including setting up ipection procedures, material/product specificatio and qualify testing equipment.
6. Routine production:
- Perform material/product release, and complete quality report
- Identify NCs and CAPAs in a systematic way, e.g. using statistical tools
- Take respoibility for quality improvement
- Cooperate with other Functio for complaint investigation and close
Requirements:
1. More than 3 yea experiences in process quality control and management, better in mechanical-electronics industry (Mandatory).
2. Must be familiar with punching, bending, molding and assembly processes and related technology.
3. Very strong problem solving skills (Mandatory), be familiar with 8D, 5W and 7 QC
4. Willingness to take challenge and more respoibilities to work under pressure.
