职位描述:
Objectives:
As a Sales Manager, you will be respoible for the South China Testing Service selling, find out the valuable custome and meet sales quota.
Duties & Respoibilities:
-Manage Sales Team.
-Explore new business and meet sales quota.
-Develop new accounts with team and focus on key accounts management and growth;
-Daily sales activities review.
-Handle customer's complaints and escalate the complaints to higher management if necessary.
-Weekly forecast review and weekly meeting with sales;
-Participate in marketing activities;
-Train up sales to be more professional;
Skills and Requirements:
-Bachelor degree above.
-At least 4 yea' sales management experience in testing service industry.
-Able to work hard enough to meet pre-defined sales quota and high commitment in sales field.
-Be aggressive, positive working attitude and good presentation skill, strong sales skills.
-Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
-Willing to travel.
Education & Experience:
-College Degree in Engineering/ Business Management / Language.
-Related customer service experience is preferred; in same field is a plus.
-Good knowledge of English.
