职位描述:
Objectives:
Provide a high leadehip to manage the customer service team on line with the strategy of the company and client’s requirements.
Duties & Respoibilities:
- Manage and train the customer services executives
- To supervise and lead the customer team to guarantee a world class service to clients
- Collaborate closely with Sales to have a smooth project trafer to Customer Service
- In charge of invoicing and daily sales report
- Communicate with all departments to provide an efficient coordination of projects
- Handle the sales issues and client’s complaints.
- Contact the clients to undetand their needs or inquiry of company’s services
- Follow-up orde, from contract drafting till payment collection.
- Define the payment conditio for clients in liaison with Sales Manage and Financial Manager
- Establish clear and efficient internal process with other departments and client’s procedures.
- Participate to clients meeting, if needed
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecast of the test and certification activities
- Be the contact with other BV entities for follow up of global accounts
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong communication skills & coordination abilities.
- A good command of English in writing and speaking.
- Good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel
Education & Experience:
- Univeity Degree in Marketing / Language.
- At least 3 yea customer service experience (in same field is a plus).
