Key Respoibilities:

Lead and manage the Business Control activities to enforce accountability.

Implement tools and process for timely business analysis, performance measure and improving business predictability.

Drive business process efficiency, profitability, costs saving, KPI measurement and managing day to day management financial information needs.

General Respoibilities:

Work closely with the head of the business unit and BL management, to provide financial control support for business reviews, business planning and strategic planning initiatives.

Assist Operational teams by developing analytical tools, KPI's, management schedules and monthly performance analysis

Deliver timely and accurate financial information, business and operational analysis

Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for the South China Toys business line

Enforce good business administration culture (e.g prompt invocicing, collection, risk management, code of ethics, zero defects)

Work closely with the business to identify cost savings and align strategic objectives for the company and launch cost management/reduction plan

Drive process improvement actio(business tool roll out, lean, bench marking, simplifying reporting process and reduce manual handling)

Competency Requirements:

At least 3-5 yea of experience in financial or business control position

Qualified CPA or CA with outstanding technical and financial/accounting skills

Adaptability to various cultural environment with high levels of enthusiasm and energy

Demotrate leadehip skills combined with an analytical and strategic mindset

Sound operational finance skills

Possess fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
