职位描述:
Duties & Respoibilities:
1.Collaborating with business development/ program manager in establishing client's procedures
2.Accurately interpret client's procedures into working documents so operation team can undetand and execute with minimum discrepancy
3.Handle day-to-day enquiries from external or internal custome
4.Can see potential problems that may lead to customer's dissatisfaction or BV internal processes difficulties
Skills and Requirements:
1.Ability to work well under pressure to handle crisis situatio and balance several tasks simultaneously
2.Must possess strong work ethic and excellent client service skills to eure effective, respoive client interaction (internal and external)
3.Must be confident, highly efficient, and self-motivated
4.Attention to detail and process improvement skills
5.Have related experience on leading a team and create work flow.
Education & Experience:
-Univeity Degree in Marketing / Language.
-At least 3 yea customer service experience (in same field is a plus).
-Good knowledge of English (French or German is a plus).
