职位描述:
Duties & Respoibilities:
- Organize periodical service surveys in plant administration areas to seek colleagues' opinio on the serviceand opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Assist General Manager in managing third party supplie and partne to improve plant ADM service
- In charge of ADM budget/expees control.
- Be respoible for daily document update in Lotus system and eure all documents could be easily retrieved when necessary.
- Act as key ADM coordinator of company activities, e.g. HR coordinator, 5S coordinator etc.
- Update related expees control table of testing fee, traveling fee, rental fee, express fee, stationery fee, air ticket fee, etc. monthly
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer and good communication skill in speaking, reading, and writing of English
- Patient, fast respoe and integrity.
- Well organized with strong administration and logistical skills, attention to detail, ability to multi task and prioritize work
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 yea relevant experience in administrative support experience in multi international company.
