Software Technical Support Engineer – Semi – Dalian
Respoibility
1.Develop CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) communication interface program for AMAT products according to customer communication specificatio.
2.Develops software documentation.
3.Troubleshoots a variety of moderately difficult software problems. Performs software tests on code and enhancements. Defines software specificatio.
4.Interfaces with external custome regarding software issues
5.Interfaces with internal custome for requirements analysis and schedule.
6.Compiles data for regularly scheduled or special reports, analysis and statements.
7.Provide off-hou customer support via pager and cellular telephone as scheduled. Provide telephone coverage as scheduled.
8.Provide on-going training to custome and customer enginee (CE) for technical products and systems issues.
9.Provide assistance in analysis of customer OS performance, integration and database management issues. Deliver updates and reports to manage, partne and pee.
